Our team holds esteemed certifications from Certified Estate Specialist (CES), Auction Technology Specialist (ATS), and Graduate Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA), as well as specialist accreditation in Yellow Iron and Industrial Equipment, and conforming to USPAP Compliance. 1. Aggregate Value Appraisal

This option is ideal for situations where you need a general idea of the total value for a collection of similar items. We'll create a list of the items and provide a combined value for the entire group, without individual pricing. This is a cost-effective solution for less valuable possessions.
2. Full Appraisal

Our most comprehensive service, a Full Appraisal, involves a certified appraiser visiting your location to meticulously examine and value each item. This detailed report includes individual values for every piece of personal property, ensuring you receive the maximum compensation from your insurance claim.
3. Desktop Appraisal

Need a quick estimate without an on-site visit? Our Desktop Appraisal offers a convenient solution. We can generate an estimated value report based on comparable market data by providing detailed descriptions, pictures, and relevant information. However, it's important to note that desktop appraisals may not be suitable for all situations, particularly when authenticity or specific details require physical inspection.
4. Walk-Through Consultation

Inherited a collection of belongings and unsure what to do next? Our Walk-Through Consultation provides valuable guidance. A qualified appraiser will visit your location, assess your items, and offer expert advice on keeping, selling, donating, or disposing of your possessions.
